Purdie is a representation of who you are and how you present to people. How you present yourself is a presentation, and people notice that. I am not talking about just the physical. I am talking about a vibe, a presence, a spirit. All of that is encompassing in Purdie.
My cousin would say you're a pretty girl. But it wasn't just that. It was you're a sweet spirit, the thing that you are. That's what Purdie started out as. Now I know it as a holistic encompassing of who I am. Mental, spiritual, physical.
I am so much more than my hair.
